1. Be able to carry out tests according to product standards and use cases (low temperature, high temperature, temperature cycle, wet heat, vibration, impact, drop, salt spray, IP, etc.);
2. Familiar with testing based on test standards and technical tracking; having basic judgment, analysis and tracking verification over the test problems, and timely prepare test reports;
3. Familiar with the domestic and foreign environmental test standards such as GB2423, GJB150, ISO and other standards;
4. Can independently use technical capabilities to develop and optimize environmental test cases;
5. Familiar with the operation of various types of environmental test equipments, such as high and low temperature environmental test box, temperature impact test box, low pressure test box, dust test box, waterproof test box, vibration test bench, impact test bench, drop test bench, etc.
6. Have reliability-related knowledge, can carry out reliability growth test analysis;
7. Guide the field test personnel test work, responsible for product reliability testing method training, laboratory personnel training and echelon construction;
8. Daily maintenance of laboratory equipments and related testing sites, draft instructions for equipment maintenance and operations.
1. Continuously developing new customers (target customers in testing, certification and consulting industry), complete the sales task indicators and plans;
2. Help customers develop testing schemes and quotations based on customer's demands, and provide early-stage consultation and services;
3. Carry out customer satisfaction follow-up survey and collect relevant suggestions and opinions, monitor the quality of service;
4. To develop a variety of marketing models, channels and market activities, to develop potential limited customers;
5. Regular communicate with customers, to establish a good long-term cooperative relations;
6. Develop, participate in or assist the management level to implement relevant policies and systems.
1. Responsible for the construction and daily operations of EMC laboratory;
2. Responsible for laboratory testing work (CE, RE, ESD, SURGE, EFT, CS, PMF, H/F, etc.);
3. Responsible for EMC-related test research, can analyze the test principle and failure model;
4. Have knowledge of test standards and test methods about information technology, audio and video, lighting, medical fields;
5. Familiar with laboratory equipment management, ISO17025, RB/T214 system and documents.
1. Responsible for information technology equipment, audio and video equipment, telecommunications terminal equipment and other safety certification testing, activetrack testing and implementation of rectification testing;
2. To develop relevant test procedures and prepare relevant reporting norms according to the company's business needs and related standards;
3. In accordance with customer demand, customized testing programs and implement, to provide timely and effective testing technical service support and pre-sales support.
4. Tracking the relevant national standards, international standards and regulatory requirements;
5. Familiar with the safety laboratory site layout and test equipment use and maintenance;
6. Have more than 2 years of certification industry experience, proficient in product certification such as CCC, CB, CE, UL, ETL, GS;
7. Guide on-site testers to carry out testing over communications and electronic products, provide relevant training lessons for internal colleagues;
8. Responsible for other work assigned by the superiors.
1. Responsible for laboratory's CMA, CNAS system set-up and operation, maintenance of laboratory quality system, so that it meets the evaluation criteria and accreditation criteria;
2. Familiar with the laboratory quality management system and quality control knowledge, can independently carry out the laboratory quality system work, responsible for the management of laboratory quality objectives, audit the completion of the quality objectives of the laboratory, and supervise the implementation of quality objectives improvement work;
3. Responsible for the laboratory quality assessment, quality supervision and other quality activities planning implementation, such as internal audit, capacity verification, measurement audit, laboratory-to-laboratory comparison and internal quality control;
4. Responsible for supervising and guiding the laboratories to complete and meet the audit of external institutions and state supervision and administration departments (e.g. national laboratory accreditation committee, quality and technical supervision bureau);
5. Responsible for the company's inspection report quality, measurement equipment management status and sample management status supervision;
6. Responsible for the training of personnel, for the laboratory personnel to carry out quality management system related training;
7. Responsible for customer complaints, quality accident investigation and handling work;
8. Have third-party laboratory quality system work experience, familiar with laboratory testing workflow and specifications, CMA and CNAS on-site evaluation experience;
9. Familiar with the working methods of the laboratory, communications, electronics, machinery equipment on-site testing experience preferred.
1. Responsible for the reception of visitors, registration, guidance work, timely notification of the interviewees;
2. Responsible for the basic administrative work, such as equipment warranty, fixed assets inventory, file management, etc.
3. Responsible for recruitment of personnel, staff attendance, ask-for-leave, orientation and termination procedures;
4. Responsible for the company's office supplies, gifts procurement, use and distribution;
5. Responsible for basic invoice registration, invoicing, tax collection and other work;
6. Responsible for all kinds of company activities and support the company's logistics work;
7. To assist the superior to complete the company's administrative affairs and depts' daily affairs;
8. To assist the supervisor to coordinate between different departments, and actively complete the temporary affairs assigned by the superiors.
